  I called to make an appointment and because I have a DMO plan they wouldn't see me until the following month because the woman on the phone said that they wouldn't get paid if they saw me earlier. My dental plan is effective and has been since October 1st. As soon as I told her I had an FSA she immediately changed her tune and said that I could come in and just pay off of my FSA account.
  I was told terrible things about this place but decided I would see for myself. Seems like they care only about the money and not their patients. I found a dentist that took me right away and I am happy I dodged that bullet.
